"Yes!" roared the throng of generals.
"You are each in charge of a city or town. Begin by locating those who are most discontent. Educate them about what it was like before I was imprisoned, when there was freedom. Be sure to weave in to your tales their own unique threads of desire. Capitalize on any grievances, no matter how minor, that have ever made them angry with the king or his local rulers. Fertilize those seeds of hatred. When you are certain that they are sufficiently enraged at the injustices of the king, send them out to enlist their families and friends for the battle to overthrow this tyranny."
"You will have to instruct them in the manufacturing of weapons. Once this is accomplished, arm them, and proceed toward the capitol. I will meet you there to lead the battle."

"You and your generals lied to us!" the mob accused, amongst the backdrop of flames. "You told us that victory was certain, that freedom would be restored! We were to be able to experience all the fun of old, to sleep with whomever we pleased, to destroy any children that would disrupt our fun, to imbibe any substances we saw fit, and not to have to labor like slaves for anything we wanted or needed. It was all a pack of lies!"
"Of course it was. If you had paid attention, read and believed the Word of Truth, you fools, you would not have been deceived. It told you plainly that I am the father of lies, a roaring lion seeking whom I may devour, and that my mission was to steel, kill, and destroy. Of course I knew I would be defeated in the end. It was never about victory. It was about my anger and hatred for God for casting me and my angels out of Heaven. The fulfillment of my rage was to deceive as many of you as possible in to plunging, of your own free will, from the frying pan in to the eternal fire.
