A really sweet poem--this takes me back to memories of my own son when he was just a boy.
Heart touching read! What precious books our internal cherished memories are! Ones we can look at again and again and enjoy them more with each look! EnjoyedWell done!
Id love to have your input into the free writing lessons available on the FaithWriters forums. This weeks lesson is on writing devotionals, and next week will cover writing on topic for the weekly challenge. Look for it at, or if youre on Facebook, you can like Faithwriters Writing Lessons.
Beautiful and touching. Brought a flood of memories of my dad reading me bedtime stories. Thank you.

God bless~
Ahh what a novel idea. I so enjoyed the journey through the books. Each one was suited for a particular age. Oh they grow so fast. You've likely spotted this by now, but peaked should be peeked. The ending was perfect and I could almost see myself reading to my kids when they were little and it's one of the things I miss most. Thank you for reminding me that the memories will stay always in my heart.
Love the title, fits the turning leaves of the years. Love the progressions of books, growing child, moon scenes, etc. Love it all. So well crafted.

God bless~
Adorable. I joyously cuddled right in there with you, guzzling the milk and devouring the Oreos!

Thank you for your heart and congratulations!
Hugs in, through and because of Him. Judi

A beautiful journey of memories. This is so lovely and resounds with a bit of an ache to all parents I think. Thank you for the wonderful reminder of Isaiah 54:13.
Sweet, precious, and heart-warming memories are now swirling in my mind of reading to my kids/grandkids and even now a great-grandchild.
This piece makes me want to curl under the covers and read to a little one right now. So glad this placed in the EC list. Congratulation!
Wow, lots of lovely poetic pieces this week.
What a wonderful and adorable word picture/poem through you and your son's reading adventures.
Big grin!
