1/3 dry measure clay/dust, freshly ground
2/3 cups lukewarm water
1 pinch salt (of the earth)
1 essence of soul
1 pkg. activated yeast
2 tablets moral fiber
Manna , white
Milk & honey
1 vial oil
1 loaf of bread, broken
1 cup red wine
1 Holy Spirit (no substitutes)
Assorted fresh fruit (love, faith, humility, etc.)
Combine clay (or dust), water, and salt in a medium-sized creation. Place soul into the palm of one hand and blow it gently into the mixture. Add activated yeast. Stir freely until all ingredients are well-blended. Cover with blessing and set aside to spontaneously ferment.
Preheat oven to highest temperature (Fervent).
When mixture reaches an internal temperature of 98.6°F, insert Moral Fiber tablets; take special care not to break. Pour entire mixture into a (gold) non-stick crucible and form a vessel by pressing mixture firmly against bottom and sides. Sprinkle with manna as needed to maintain desired consistency. NOTE: Mixture may stiffen if left unattended; remove any hardened portions and discard immediately.
In ancient receptacle, mix equal amounts of milk and honey; simmer over low heat until thickened. Carefully pour liquid into crucible until all is fulfilled. Separation is common at this stage of preparation; adding a few drops of oil will encourage cohesiveness (multiple anointings may be necessary).
Cover crucible with a protective lid and place into preheated oven. Actual baking time may vary; allow extended patience for those living at lower elevations.
At the appointed hour, break bread into single servings and mix with cup of red wine. Remove crucible from oven as quickly as possible; it is very hot and will inflict severe wounds to the palms of both hands. Pour the bread/wine mélange freely into crucible. Cover and set aside for three days until risen.
Remove lid for the last time; this will cause crucible to crack down the middle and fall away. Use a wooden cross to skim away any/all sins which have bubbled to the surface; discard.
While still warm, saturate the entire new creation with the Holy Spirit, insuring abundant flow into the crust's deepest cracks and crevices. Arrange fresh fruit (not canned) on all surface areas in a unique and wonderful design. Season with blessings (to taste) and garnish with a sprig of personality.
