His mind raced back to a time when knights sat on their horses with unshaken poise and balance ready to enter battle. The very sight of this living fortress commanded respect and awe. He could barely make out the many dents hidden behind the brilliant reflection of the armor. Each dent told a story of protection from sharp swords, axes, arrows, and spears.
Jerry stood there transfixed in thoughts of shiny knights fighting red dragons and saving damsels in distress when he heard a voice behind him.
“These knights were the most advanced weaponry of their day.”
Jerry turned around and saw a bearded man wearing black pants, black shoes, a white shirt, tie, and a rounded black hat sitting on the bench behind him.
“I’m sorry I didn’t notice you sitting there, am I blocking your view?” Jerry asked.
“Not at the all.”
Jerry walked over and introduced himself.
“I’m Jerry”
The man held out his hand. “Hi, I’m Rabbi James.”
Jerry sat down and said. “I can almost hear the shouts and clangs of swords hitting his armor.”
“Yes, they were essentially built like a tank, they were almost invincible, and no other soldier had the personal protection that the knight had. Is this your first visit to the historical museum,” Rabbi James asked?
“It sure is but it won’t be my last!”
Both men sat in silence as they stared at the gleaming knight dressed in full armor. Then Rabbi James spoke.
“This knight reminds me of the verse in the bible that says: “Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.” Ephesians 6:11.
“Hey! I thought you were a Rabbi, why are you quoting a New Testament verse?”
“I am a Messianic Rabbi who believes in Christ.”
Jerry couldn’t believe his good fortune. He was looking at the most magnificent knight he had ever seen and he was sitting next to a Messianic Rabbi.
“God bless you Rabbi, I also am a believer.”
“Fantastic! Rabbi James said. Then he asked Jerry a simple question.
“Jerry when you look at that shining knight standing there in front of us can you tell me who’s inside of it?”
Jerry exchanged a quick glance with the Rabbi and said, “Nobody can tell who’s inside the armor. What’s your point Rabbi?”
“The point is the bible tells us to put on God's armor in order to protect us against the devil and all his sharp weapons of destruction. When we put on the armor of Christ we look exactly like Christ. The devil can’t see who’s behind the armor; all he knows is that he was defeated by that armor almost two thousand years ago on a hill called Calvary.”
“So the devil flees from all those wearing the armor?”
“Yes Jerry, As soon as he sees that shining armor he flees and looks for those out on the battlefield without God’s protection. When you put on the armor of Christ we stand in victory based on Christ’s finished work. We are no longer fighting for victory, we are fighting from victory.”
“Please, go on Rabbi.”
“Well, there is one more point I would like to make Jerry. The knights of the middle ages were all sons of the noble. Their armor was not only a means of protection but it also identified their social class, stature, and lifestyle.”
“So Jesus has given us armor not only to protect us but to identify us as sons and daughters of God?”
“That’s right Jerry. As Christians we have the same rights and power of the ancient noble knights. Our social class is Christian, our stature is royalty, and our lifestyle is to walk in the ways that will honor and defend our king.”
Jerry took one more look at the knight and then stood up. He thanked the Rabbi for all his words of wisdom and as he walked down the hall he heard the Rabbi yell out.
“Jerry, wear the armor with confidence and go in victory.

I did notice some little typos, mainly they had to do with quotation marks and punctuation. Make sure the ? goes inside the quotations and that there is either a comma or period or some form of punctuation at the end of the quote. A good proofreader would help you catch these little things.
Overall I think your message was brilliant. I found myself totally engaged in this story and delighted in the characters. You also did a great job of delivering your message without coming off as preachy.
