LORD JESUS take our hearts we pray,
Revive them on this Nativity day,
Disclose to us your secret too,
Of the Atonement you died to do.
The world has snapped away the light,
Covered the truths, blinded the sight,
LORD, help us reach out and unveil
The glorious story of your love.
Christmas will soon be around us as it has always been within our hearts since Jesus came into our life. On this day we shall celebrate this sovereign fact: WE DO HAVE A GREAT SAVIOR. The God of Peace gave the world His only Son Jesus the Prince of Peace. This was certainly because Our Creator wants to make us His peacemakers.
As we ourselves impart peace into troubled hearts, the world will hear the Gospel of the Good News of Peace and with much Glory, Salvation will definitely bring us to God; and at life's end will lead us into His Everlasting Arms. Hallelujah! This indeed is what Christmas is all about.
We know that from the foundation of the world, God prepared the sacrifice for our sins...Jesus Christ, the pure Lamb of God. He was born without blemish or sin in a lowly manger in Bethlehem---and that He chose to go to the cross in a substitutionary death to wipe out all our transgressions.
When Jesus was on earth with His disciples, He took them on a visual sightseeing trip up the mountain, to witness His visible encounter with Moses and Elijah.
Oh that Jesus was now here! Oh that we could ask Him to take us back in time on such a voyage and exactly tell us first hand, the TRUE story of His Nativity as God's precious Son in human form! To tell us about His childhood and adolescence around Mary the Virgin mother and Joseph His earthly adoptive father!
Thousands of years earlier, Our heavenly Father spoke to His people through Isaiah the Prophet in Ch.9:6 "For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given; and the government shall be upon his shoulder; and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counselor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace."
How did God's plan come to pass on earth? The timing of the Father's plan was to be identified by one of the most astounding marks ...far above human grasp.
"BEHOLD! A VIRGIN SHALL CONCEIVE, AND BEAR A SON, AND SHALL CALL HIS NAME IMMANUEL." Isaiah 7:14 ( KJV)
We may say, "This is not new to us. We heard this message so many times. It is even repeated in the New Testament, in Mathew 1:23" Yes indeed. But remember. This is what is written only about His Birth in History.
Jesus Christ was born into this world, yet he is not from this world.
Our Lord's birth was an Advent--an appearance of God coming in human form.
Every December we may ask ourselves, “What shall we do for Jesus Christ the Word of God Incarnate? For the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, and we beheld his glory, as the only begotten of the Father, full of grace and truth." Is not this what God’s Holy Spirit has written in the New Testament in John 1:14 (KJV)?
Certainly we shall remind one another, “Hello Friends! Come on… this month let us recall daily to play and loudly sing the Christmas Carols every day !”
Dearest Friends…Let us not simply go from door to door on Christmas Eve----- Carolling---- ringing the bells and joyfully chanting with the Angels "NOEL, NOEL".
At Noel, let us come to Jesus while we recall His Cross of forgiveness…then fully surrender our hearts anew .Let us take His extended Right Hand of Fellowship. Because, Noel and the Cross go hand in hand---They came into our universe in one package. That part of the gracious Word of God has been proudly tattooed in our hearts, "and without the shedding of blood is no remission," Hebrews 9:22 ( KJV)
OUR LORD YASHUA! YOU TRULY ARE THE PURE LAMB OF GOD OF BOTH THE LOWLY MANGER AND
THE MAGNIFICENT REDEMPTIVE CROSS. AMEN."
