Well written. I think we all need something special to take our mind off of Covid-19. What a blessing to watch the start of new life.

You don't need to capitalize spring. It is a general season.
Wow! That was really worth reading! I had no idea the time between the laying of an egg and the hatching was so short. Your story was like watching a video. I think you did a great job!
God’s Word is certainly an anchor in times like this. I, too, have enjoyed watching a number of nests in recent years. And humming birds, too. God is an awesome Creator!
I loved your use of descriptions- well done!
A heartwarming story from beginning to end. I'm a bird lover and will definitely keep a copy of this.
This is an awesome story. I find myself a bit jealous as I read, partly because here in my part of the north, spring has yet to sprung. There's still no leaves, very few blossoms and the birds laying eggs aren't faring well, yet even here God is in control. I love watching the birds at my feeder. The idea of watching a family hatch sounds wonderful. You've written a powerful piece.
Congratulations on ranking 4th in your level and 19 overall. The highest rankings can be found on the message boards.
So good Tammy. The way you began your narrative with the beautiful spring new birth theme and then offered your feeling the potential terror of leaving the self imposed 'prison' resonated with me and perhaps is a partial explanation of my undoneness.

Thank you for that.
