Oh my! I loved this story.
What a beautiful touching entry, with so much emotion, and it wasn't forced, it was gentle and flowed smoothly through the entire piece.

Thank you for this powerful story and lovely note from Miss Lillian in the KJV Bible.

FYI-- I love the KJV...believe it or not, any other version is hard for me to understand!

Loved this!

Blessings~

A beautiful story that reveals the impact just one passionate lover of Christ can have upon another. Well done.
Awww! This story gave me goosebumps! Well one!
Wow this is an incredible story. You grabbed my attention from the very first creak in the porch and held it all the way to the end. My only suggestion would be to put thoughts in italics, not quotation marks. It's easy to do. At the beginning, you put this dowb: and when you want to stop italics, you do this . I think you did a brilliant job of capturing the personality with authentic dialog. This is one of my favorites this week for sure. I could relate to Lacey and even wondered how Jesus would die just for me. I could see him forgiving vile people throughout history, but me? Your story will touch countless hearts and God will use these words to bless many.

Such a sweet story! I loved the flow of this, and could so relate to Lacey's relationship with Miss Lillian as a caregiver. Congratulations on 3rd place!
