It is interesting how the conversations we have with ourselves can lead to overload. I noted the phrases, 'I have to', 'I could', 'I must' and 'I should'. These are the words of expectation and compulsion that drive us to burdensome overload. The words that bind us and rob us of freedom. I wonder what Christ might say instead? Thanks for sharing this writing.
