Investigating, calculating, planning…
Aha!
Plots with cohorts
to wear down yet another group.
To break the unity…
To splinter, even shatter!
Clever Plan!
Instills doubt,
magnifies discontent,
twists perceptions,
speaks falsehoods,
capitalizes on fear,
breaks down communication.
For each a different preparation.
By all – conniving unrecognized.
The Gathering!
Believers…
Each with their own agenda!
Discussion,
opinions,
conflicts arise,
emotions escalate!
The Attack!
The foe’s whispers…
He’s the biggest hypocrite here.
Remember what she said about you.
It will never work.
He’s a liar and a cheat.
It’s always been done another way.
Look at what she’s wearing – no one will take her seriously.
My idea is better.
I never liked these people anyway.
Criticisms dominate!
Judgments soar!
Whispers of thought increase in volume…
Such racket…
Unity breaks!
Turning Point!
The meek one speaks.
All eyes turn to the shy woman who had so far been unnoticed.
She had entered this gathering in a spirit of prayer…
No hidden agenda of her own.
The power through her words brings silence…
Even the evil whispers stop!
The unexpected voice
brings moments of silent reflection…
A time to hear
from the only One whose words
can drown out the assertions of the enemy.
Victory!
The Voice of Power spoken through the woman
now speaks in their hearts.
One by one,
they submit!
Disappointed the unity is not broken -
in shock of the unexpected voice, the prowler flees!
Unity is restored!
