Red represents passion. It doesn't have to mean a quick temper or angry attitude. It can stand for facing life as a challenge that stirs my blood as I face each new test. It can mean that I love life with enthusiasm and excitement. Looking forward to each day and all it has for me to embrace.
The yellow is a complex one as we use it to mean sunny or cowardice. Well, let's see if we can look as this one from both sides. Yellow could mean fearfulness. It could mean that I hide when I should stand boldly against life. Not having confidence in my abilities. Undermining my chances at success.
Then again it could suggest that I have a sunny disposition that finds something good in every day. I look for the solutions rather than focus on the problems. People like to be around me because I see the value in everyone even when we don't see eye to eye.
Blue is often seen as melancholy; being glum and miserable when facing life. To go around with a sour face and disposition, facing challenges with a negative attitude. Then I might stumble over the pebbles in the road instead of seeing the progress I am making. But blue skies are always seen as cheery and clear. So I guess if I color my world with blue skies then that would change my whole outlook.
Green is the color we see as representing life and growing things. I need to see life as a growing experience. Each day I am going towards being a better person. Each new problem I face is an opportunity for me to improve myself and the life of others. Life is to be lived and enjoyed.
Purple is a combination of red and blue. We are getting closer to a more realistic view of myself. We use purple as the color of royalty. Seeing life as a valuable thing; one to be cherished. That is often a different view than many have of life today.
Being that purple is both red and blue it could mean that some days I face life and its problems with gusto and others I hide from them. But regardless of my mood at any time life is still precious and can be represented as purple.
Orange is made of yellow and red. Orange is the color of ginger. Ginger is a spicy seasoning. So orange could represent having a spicy attitude towards life A zest to looking forward to the day ahead. A sunny and passionate undercurrent making life fun and exciting.
Brown and black are two colors that are very much combinational colors. Black pigment is the blending of all colors and depending on whether the red or blue is dominate as to the shade of black you get. So if black represents my life it would depend on whether I have a passionate attitude for life or a more melonchalony one.
Brown is made up of purple and yellow, blue and orange, or red and green. Again it is the blending of the primary colors in different values. This color is even more likely to represent much of humanity as our attitudes are blended in different ways. Though we think of brown as a dull color it really is a color found in many things we enjoy... coffee, chocolate, and a nice tan. Bark offers protection for the life factors of the trees. So perhaps if my life is symbolized by the color brown it shows that I have the best of all the other colors to live a long, healthy and prosperous life.
I really haven't decided which color represents me but it has given me lots to think about. And although I don't know what color best describes me I know that I am a divine original that God created with everything I needed so that I could have the best life.
Now it's your turn to discover your colored pencil. If you are unhappy with your discovery adjust your attitude and become the color you want to be.

I have noticed that sometimes when I have copy and pasted, that for some reason it comes out on the faith writer page with no spaces, so always check and correct it before you submit. If that is what happened here it is an easy fix.
