Some days - it feels like
Life is gonna swallow me whole
Some times - it seems like
The world is just impossible

I’m not gonna break
Right now starting today....

I’m gonna set my mind on all the things that mean the most
Find my love, my joy, my faith, my peace, my hope
I can’t do it alone

I’m gonna set aside the fear, the stress, the overload
Reach on out and find a way to grab a hold
Everything’s turning to gold

It’s not impossible.

Some days - are so hard
The sky is falling all around
Some days - I give up
I feel just like I’m gonna drown

I’m not gonna fade
Right now starting today....

I’m gonna set my mind on all the things that mean the most

From the very first words (before I knew they were lyrics), I thought it would be nice to hear them set to music. There's a nice flow to these lyrics. Keep writing.

I would love to hear the music to this! I understand the lyrics, I felt the same way before last year's retirement. So glad God was there with me!

Very good and real. I think we of faith tend to say we are doing OK or fine when inside we are not.

I'm not very musical, but I could hear this as a song right away. It flows nicely and has a great message. Congratulations on ranking 2nd in your level and 18 overall. The highest rankings can be found on the message boards.
