hand baggage are all
used to carry and organize
our personal effects.
Messenger bags, duffle bags,
gym bags, trunks, satchels,
foot lockers are all forms
of baggage.
Everyone wants a declarative
personal style to move their
stuff from place to place.
Unfortunately, our feelings
may become the carriers
of bad times in the past.
And the issues grow
and enlarge and are dragged
from place to place just like
suitcases, messenger bags
and satchels.
For we’d rather endure the pain
of past hurts and intimidations
than releasing the baggage
and knowing “peace of mind.”
So, to wind up this discourse.
Personal baggage, that which
is used to transport our belongings
from place to place is a very
indispensable and diverse necessity.
Baggage of our feelings
ensnares our hearts and minds
and ultimately weighs
down our very souls.
Matthew 11:29-30 (KJV)
Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me;
for I am meek and lowly in heart: and
ye shall find rest unto your soul.
For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.

The transition verse, quoted here: "For we’d rather endure the pain
of past hurts and intimidations
than releasing the baggage
and knowing “peace of mind." should have ended with one solution. You can add it later. It involves forgiving others as we receive forgiveness from God. Our baggage is then essentially gone.
