Keeping your commandments, your face I do seek
Being at peace, as far as it depends on me
Loving my neighbor, actually everyone I see
Casting my cares all upon you
The needs in my life you already knew
Bearing others burdens to fulfill your law
Praying your lost children will answer your call
Sharing the laughter and tears of my peers
Praying with them and knowing you hear
Forgiving the hurts of the past days gone by
The right to hold grudges is one of the devil's big lies
Serving those called the least of these
Place them in my path, oh Lord won't you please.
Loving you Lord with all that’s in me
And loving others as myself, fulfilling your decree
At the end of each day, when I lay down my head
I pray all of these are things that of me can be said.

God bless~
I encourage you to work to make your meter more consistent. For example, your lines vary from 8 to 14 syllables, with no particular pattern. Your poetry will have a smoother flow as you work to have more consistent meter.
As far as the content of this little gem--may it be said of me, as well!
