I love a story that keeps me on my feet and my heart in my throat.
I was sure the intruder had hidden somewhere no one had looked -- kept me in suspense.
Great job! I was in suspence at the mystery. Keep it up.

I think I'd get the apartment custodian to come up and check out the lock on that door!! :) This was a suspenseful story with a happy ending! Good job!
I enjoyed this story. Was glad it had happy ending...i was hoping it wasn't going to be a cliff hanger...this week my nerves are jangled!

Excellent work, kept me on the dege of my seat all the way through. Some wonderfully evoctive images: 'An icy, cold drop of water landed on the top of her head, startling her out of her frozen panic...' Yeggy

Wow! I don't blame her for calling 911, I would've done that right away...you did a great job with the supenseful atmosphere, especially in the end with going to check the deadbolt. Nice writing! ^_^

this was a great suspense story. Your descriptions of the cold set the mood very well.
