A lot of examples of diary-keepers! An interesting way to approach the topic. I found the rhythm a little stilted at times, and when all of a sudden the rhyme stopped a time or two, it threw me. Otherwise I liked it!
I enjoyed reading your was also a bit of a history lesson which I thought was a charming way to tackle the subject. I felt at times it didn’t scan as well as it could have but overall I thought your message was sound.
I like your different examples of a diary throughout the ages, including FB. :) But I especially like the last stanza.
Great thoughts about folks who kept diaries. Never thought of the Bible from that perspective before. Totally cool. As already mentioned, you want a consistent cadence but continued experience will help you master that. Keep writing.
