Excellent choice for this topic! Love the story - and you do a nice job with it.

Would love to see a bit more from the main character - you seemed to do a good amount of telling us what was going on, rather than showing through actions.

I love biblical fiction, and this one was lovely. Thanks for sharing!

Very good writing with this piece on grace and love. A mother who truly loves her children will do anything to save them. So will Jesus!

Watch your spacing between paragraph when you transfer over. I always do a preview to see if I got it right. Also, the last line is missing a word - as (she?) raced home.
