Id love to have your input into the free writing lessons available on the FaithWriters forums. This weeks lesson is on writing devotionals, and next week will cover writing on topic for the weekly challenge. Look for it at, or if youre on Facebook, you can like Faithwriters Writing Lessons.
You ended with one of my favorite Psalm verses...and a powerful and potent one it is. Your story was well done, and I felt your heart for God throughout this piece.

God bless~
Looking back at where we've been always gives us a much-needed change in perspective, doesn't it?

Great job with this. There were some good reminders throughout. Thanks for sharing!
As another habitual worrier, I certainly appreciate your words here, and your willingness to be transparent with us.

Your devotional has a lot going for it--I'd only suggest adding some more specific details. Perhaps an example of a time when you worried, and yet God proved your worrying to be worthless. Readers love to read actual events from other's lives; it's often easier to relate them then to their own lives.

Good job with writing on topic and with integrating scripture into your devotional.
