"Welcome to Life Choice. I am Savanah, how are you doing?"
"I'm fine."
"Are you hear for an ultrasound?"
"Yes."
Savanah had a pen and paper ready to write, "Can I ask you what your name is?"
"I'm Shelia."
"Okay, I'll let my mom know you're here. In the meantime have a seat over there. Would you like a bottle of water?" As Savanah pick up the phone and paged her mom.
"No, thank you."
"It's been really warm lately. How have you been surviving the heat?"
"Well it’s been hard; my apartment does not have any air conditioning."
Savanah frowned, "Oh no, that’s too bad."
"Do you have a good fan?"
"Thankfully, I do."
Just then the phone rang, Savanah picked it up and spoke for a second.
"My mom is ready for you," they walked into the office that had a small bed. Mary, Savanah's mom, who is a nurse, was in the office.
"Mom, this is Shelia; she is here for an ultra sound."
"Cool, my name is Mary. How are you doing?"
"I'm fine."
"Shelia, you can lie on the bed. Do you need a pillow?" asked Savanah.
"That would be fine. Thank you."
Savanah grabbed a pillow and put it under Shelia's head and then left the room.
Mary put the probe on Shelia's stomach, "Your baby is eight weeks pregnant. Would you like to know the sex of the baby?"
Shelia looked sad, "No! Because I am considering having an abortion."
Mary frowned, "Can I ask why?"
"I have Muscular Dystrophy,My doctor told me that if I ever became pregnant that my baby possability have Muscular Dystrophy."
"You know Shelia, doctors aren’t always right. I have five children. Savanah whom you just met has Muscular Dystrophy. She does not have very much strength. Yet she is very outgoing, more than the rest of my children. She really makes clients feel welcome. She is a real blessing. Now tell me why would you want to abort your baby? Mary turned the screen towards Shelia.
Shelia started to cry, "I don't know, I just don't know!"
"Just pray and depend on the Lord. Don't end your baby's life because of what the doctor said. Just look at the type of person Savanah is. I don‘t know what I would do without her. If your son or daughter turns out to have Muscular Dystrophy there are people that can help you."
"Okay, I will think about it."
"Here is my business card. Call me if you need help. We can supply you with baby bottles, diapers, everything you need."
"Okay, I will let you know."

After the sentence that reads: "Mary frowned..." please check the next sentence for spelling/grammar. Other than that, good job.
I believe you meant the baby was eight weeks along, not eight weeks pregnant.
