Before I go to work in the morning, I always buy myself a coffee downtown. I say to myself, "I am probably going to face a busy day at work!" I have to admit that I have an addiction to coffee. Once a week there a group of ladies besides me that attend a bible study on Wednesday mornings. They call that group "Coffee Break." There are some who define that group as a bunch women who go into the church to have a cup of coffee. There is coffee provided plus some goodies before, and during the bible study.
If I get too anxious, I pray to the lord, and hope that he would help overcome a lot of dreaded events or routines. Most of time God has helped me, and I am relieved from all the stress and burden. I am in the process of moving from a town house to an apartment in the next few weeks. When I was tired, I made myself a cup of tea.
I had pack a lot of ceramic items, clothes, and dispose a lot of stuff in which we are not taking with us. I keep telling myself to take on day at a time, and take on step at a time. I am sure from what I had learned from the bible study, and from church on Sunday is that I have to continue to take on day at a time.
