Topic: GRATE (11/19/15)
Grate, another culinary challenge! (figuratively cooking of course)

After having gone through all of the challenging but enjoyable cooking exercises involving zesting,folding,clarifying , and mixing, even chilling, and then finally reducing a wide variety of culinary compositional ingredients, now I find that what the new challenging task involves, is a little "grating".
So, in a jestful spirit of having some childlike fun, I'm feeling compelled to just take my resultant "half-baked" concoction of what I'll call "my word dish", and throw it into my easy bake oven with the hopes that the single, "illuminating" lightbulb will FINALLY be able to cook my latest, most "tasteless" of ALL morsels enough to where I can "put a fork in it".

But, if it's like all of my other easy bake experiences, I doubt it

If this "failure" turns out to be the case, then who knows, maybe next week I'll be attempting to somehow "macerate" my overbaked concoction in the microwave. (Hey,it seems to work on day old doughnuts.)
Stranger things have happened indeed.

I enjoyed your tongue-in-cheek humor. I know the topics can be really difficult, especially when they are closely related. Hopefully, you really don't feel like not winning is failing. The challenge is about learning and growing. It can be discouraging at times, but keep at it. I think subtle humor is your niche and you should run with it. ;)
