"The Lord is my Shepherd I shall not want." Psa.23
The Lord is my companion,
And Master,He is always at my
Side,
My enemies may prosper but
They do not have peace if
Tonight they died.
He leads me through times of
Trouble, and helps when decisions
Are hard to make.
He directs my steps and rescues
Me,when I suffer for His name
Sake.
He gives me His word for strength,
And He heals,my batter soul with
His oil of Grace,
And encourages me to continue
Running the race.
His Mercy is endless, His love
Is pure and true,
Tho I may walk in the valley of
Death,
I have no fear He tells me
"Lo I am always with you."
His Rod correct me lest I stray,
He lovingly brings me back into
The fold to stay.
His staff protects me from my
Enemies, I fear no harm,
For I know the safety of His
Loving arm.
I have contentment and His peace overflows,
And with the oil of joy,He
Anoints my head,
I can rest in peace, with my
Soul full of thanksgiving,
For His kindness and mercy
Covers me when I lay in my bed.
Someday I will see Him face to
Face, and dwell with Him forever
And eternity,
Because daily The Lord...
Leadeth me.
