Heaven above is my sweet reward.
In His garden I grow stronger and wiser everyday,
His word is the only way.
I am planted in the garden of redeeming love,
My Savior came sent from above.
In His garden my sins are forgotten,
For me He gave His only son begotten.
I am planted in the garden of everlasting life,
No more pain, hurt, or strife.
In His garden I spread my roots and thrive,
I praise Jesus I am alive.
I am planted in the garden of peaceful contentment,
I no longer harbor any resentment.
In His garden I am a peaceful gentle soul,
For with Him is my goal.
I am planted in the garden of my reward,
I am with my sweet, sweet Lord.
In His garden I am home where I belong,
Where I can do no wrong.
