Lorraine obtained a master's level degree in rehabilitation counseling, graduating Summa Cum Laude, from Syracuse University, Syracuse, NY.
She has two years of biblical studies from Houghton College.
She received certificates in trauma studies from INPM [International Network on Personal Meaning], is a certified facilitator for One Circle Foundations' girls and adult woman's intervention programs, along with certifications in New Testament studies from The Wisconson Center of Christian Studies and over 45 years as a seasoned instructor/facilitator, speaker for groups, events, churches, conferences and conducts workshops.
Over the past 45 years, she has worked with individuals/families/Single moms and Parents of special needs children as a community advocate/educator.
She serves under-resourced populations enduring CTSD, traumatic events, partner violence, homelessness, post-substance use addictions, spiritual abuses, and reentry from jail/prison.
This work led to reform at some levels with heavy interactions and assistance from local government and county leadership.
Lorraine supported women over the past 15 years who have suffered trauma and CTSD in childhood, sexual assault, partner violence, and military service.
Lorraine has extensive experience in program development, management, and conducting various training of thousands of people in the corporate, Christian higher education, political, and ministry fields.
