Born French and naturalized American in 1997, I have a Bachelor in French Literature, from the University of Bordeaux, France. I went back to school in my late thirties and obtained my Masters Degree in Creative Writing and my PhD in British Literature at the University of Nebraska Lincoln, with a specialty in 19th century British Literature. My husband is a History professor; we have been married 41 years. We have four adult children and 9 grandchildren (8 of them, unfortunately, live in France, where our son and daughter-in-law are missionaries).
Although my specialty is Literature, I have an equal interest in History. I love reading and writing. I have written two Christian cozy mystery novels, (Posthumous Invitation, Moose's Head); I have just published a first collection of Christian tales, Starry Stories, and I am working on a novella, The Oflag Manuscript, which should be available in January. I have several more writing projects (fiction and non-fiction) that I am eager to start.
