Writing is helping me through an unexpected change of pace in life. Years of busyness with family and ministry slowed right down in 2015 when illness necessitated regular rest. I now find great pleasure in exploring the writing craft, something that's always fascinated me. Up until now, I've "played it by ear", much as one might do with music. Faithwriters is providing me with opportunities to understand the mechanics, genres and finer points of good writing. I'm an Aussie, married, with four grown children and nearly two grandchildren. We were farmers, then worked in Christian missions to people in addiction, an occupation still enjoyed by my husband. I will welcome your honest appraisals of my writing.
