I see but a glimpse of You in this world that surrounds me.
I hear but a whisper of Your voice upon the breeze.
I catch but an ounce of Your brightness in the sun shining on my face.
Lord, I can’t even begin to imagine Your mighty power and grace.
You are the breath of all life.
You are the heartbeat of everything alive.
It takes Your command to rise and set the burning sun.
You are the God of all creation, You are the living One.
You are holy, You are pure, You are mighty, You are true.
You are the Maker of all I see and that which I can’t
You are the First and the Last; the Beginning and the End.
My faith, my dreams, my very life I place within Your hands.
You are my Maker, You are my Creator, Jesus Christ, You are my blessed Savior!
This world You have created is more wondrous than my words can say.
I’m blessed to see Your awesome handiwork each and every day.
You told the mountains how high they were to reach.
You stopped the ocean from pouring past the beach.
You told the wild horses to run and taught the eagle how to soar.
I’m in awe to think it’s all nothing compared to You,
for the creation cannot be bigger than its Creator.
