His grace sufficient, no dismay
All around me sinking sand
Yet on Christ the Solid Rock I stand
War with the flesh, maybe a thorn
With a new mind, never scorn
Sincere offering, praise from our lips
Careful, the tongue sets fires and sinks ships
Blessings and honor, glory to His name
Yesterday, today and forever the same
Trials ever tempting, to blaspheme or curse
Keep reading God’ Word and you’ll be given a verse
Sober and vigilant, lessons to learn
In His presence, I always yearn
Questions to answer, cross you must bear
One of these days, maybe see you there
Home, Home, Home at last
I know for certain, the reunions a blast
