Be strong in the Lord,
Through strength of His might;
Beloved and adored,
Walking in His light.

Take the tools of war,
That the Lord supplies;
Evil at the door,
Wearing a disguise.

He wants you enticed,
So you will be lured;
From the Sacrificed,
For your soul secured.

Flesh is not the fight,
But that of the dark;
Lures us from the light,
Whence as we embark.

We must be on guard,
Being armed from God;
Resistance is hard,
When you might be flawed.

With Scripture and prayer,
And deep desires;
Resist any dare,
To douse the fires.
