What does it take
To see God’s Face
To feel His warm embrace
What does it take
To know His love
Bending down from above
What does it take
To have Him near
Protecting from all fear
What does it take
To sit with Him
Just pressing in
What does it take
To see God’s face
The loveliness of Grace
What does it take
To know the way
He longs to guide today
What does it take
To hold Him dear
To see Him ever clearer
What does it take
To rule with Him
Above the plague of sin
What does it take
To be the child
God called you all the while
Be still, be still, be still
