God knows how to make a blessing from and curse, how to make an offering of praise to Him from the accusations, thus He told us that 'all things will work together for our good (Romans 8:28) (even our problems and the enemies entrapment's)'.
Once when the accusers of our Lord tried to entrap Him questioning on the need to pay taxes, here is what the Lord said...a deep spiritual truth..
Show Me a denarius. Whose image and inscription does it have?"
They answered and said, "Caesar's."
And He said to them, "Render therefore to Caesar the things that are Caesar's, and to God the things that are God's."
Luke 20:24-25 (New King James Version)
The Lord never asked us not to pay our taxes, rather He asked us to be faithful to our leaders and to pray for the welfare of our nation.
Our Lord desired to say that the worldly coin has the inscription of the state and the government and thus it belongs to them and should be paid to them, however there is something more valuable, more important than money, something that bears the inscription of God, which is created in the image of God, its we, have we given ourselves to the Lord? Have we surrendered our lives to Him ? Is He our Lord and savior?
Paul urges us to present ourselves perfectly acceptable to God.
"I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that you present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, which is your reasonable service."
Romans 12:1(New King James Version)
Dear Ones!!! Seeing the currency we hold we can know which country it belongs to, seeing our lives would we know if we belong to God? do we resemble Him in our words and deeds? do people get the peace and comfort that the Lord desired them to have from our lives?
Dear Ones!!! paying taxes is so perfect and good, yet a day will come when we have to be accountable to God, then whom we resemble, to whom we belong to will really matter.

Q :- How did Abijah boldly explained the faithfulness of Judah to the Lord God and how did the Lord God deliver them?
A :- But as for us, the LORD is our God, and we have not forsaken Him; and the priests who minister to the LORD are the sons of Aaron, and the Levites attend to their duties. And they burn to the LORD every morning and every evening burnt sacrifices and sweet incense; they also set the showbread in order on the pure gold table, and the lampstand of gold with its lamps to burn every evening; for we keep the command of the LORD our God, but you have forsaken Him. Now look, God Himself is with us as our head, and His priests with sounding trumpets to sound the alarm against you. O children of Israel, do not fight against the LORD God of your fathers, for you shall not prosper!"
2 Chronicles 13:10-12
Thus the children of Israel were subdued at that time; and the children of Judah prevailed, because they relied on the LORD God of their fathers.
