We have different and varied ways to start our day these days...recently I saw an ad for a toothpaste in the television where as soon as the person wakes up and brushes his teeth he is taken to an imaginary world of coolness(something similar to the Himalayas), where he skies on the snow and has fun, the effect of using the toothpaste was so adventures, I thought the person would be tired after cleaning his teeth and thus would go back to bed for some rest....we still have some better ways to start our day...let's hear how the great and blessed king David started his day..

"Listen to my voice in the morning, Lord.
Each morning I bring my requests to you and wait expectantly."

Psalm 5:3

Someone said "Let not the day decide your time for God, rather let the time for God decide your day."

God is perfect and He is the best friend we can ever have, so would it not be good to have His fellowship the first in the morning, we could share our days schedule with God and ask His expert advise for the day, we could ask for wisdom and protection for the whole day for us and for our family. For sure after we have risen up from bed and later from prayer we would rise up stronger, energetic and more joyful.

There are many who have shared their experiences similar to that of David in the verse above and they have been blessed.

I am not against brushing teeth in the morning, however I want to encourage each one to prioritise prayer and we would surely have all our priorities set right, we would walk in the protection and love of God and no evil can befall us...for we have prayed.

Jesus said "Ask and it shall be given unto you"and He means it..let's ask it in prayer, the first thing every morning..let's pray.
