Beloved members of the Body of Christ, For the Glory of our Lord and Saviour Christ Jesus I am sharing with you the revelations that the Lord our God brought through His Holy Spirit on 28/03/2007 & 03/04/2007 while I was spending time with the Lord while I was reading the word of God from the Gospel of Luke. I am sharing the same with you because I feel an inner urge to share His revelations with you; for through this revelations God wants to minister His people. I pray to the Lord God our Father in the Heaven that through His revealed word, many shall be ministered and as I am encouraged through His word, many of you also will be strengthened and encouraged by the Word of God.
The following are the life-lessons that Lord enlightened to me from the Chapter 21 of Gospel of Luke verse 4: -
1)The Lord our God, Christ Jesus is no respecter of person’s. He is the respecter of our faith.
2)It is not how much or what we offer that moves Lord’s heart, but He weighs the motives of our heart.
3)Jesus honoured “Poor Widow” because she served the Lord with all of heart, strength and mind. She did not fear neither gave her offering with a resentful heart- But she gave in faith and generosity.
4)God is never pleased by our great offerings; He is pleased by our faith, obedience and generosity.
5)Not least of the offering goes un-noticed from the Lord’s eyes rather His eyes are on the righteous and his ears are attentive towards his people.
Life-lessons from the Chapter 22 of Gospel of Luke verse 54-36: -
1)We often follow Christ from a distance like Peter.
2)We claim to have fellowship with Christ but often we refrain ourselves from relationship with Christ, Just like Peter did.
3)World knows we are of Christ and when times of persecution; testifying Christ comes we are afraid of consequences and disown our Lord.
4)Many a times we deliberately back off from testifying Christ as our personal Lord and Saviour and often loose our identity with Christ Jesus.
5)The Lord our God knows us and so he helps us even when we forsake him, because he is good and faithful God; He is slow to anger and quick to compassion and full of mercy. He remember us what are we made up off and so He works with and through us kindly and patiently.
6)Lord restored Peter because Peter repented. Lord loves a broken heart and a crushed spirit. Bible says that, although righteous may fall but Lord will make him rise seven times.
May the Lord bless His people through this life lessons and minister unto each one us, for in the perilous times such as this, we need a word of encouragement and exhortation from the Lord and I pray to God our Father in the heaven that His revelations will surely bring comfort, encouragement, hope and faith in your lives. May the God of all grace and mercy bless you, keep you, protect you and resurrect you in His faith.
