Come to me Lord and relieve the pressure
Of what I am feeling, there is no measure.
I know you will help me if I call to you
Come to me Lord and see me through.

Come to me Lord and heal my pain
I know you will help me when I call your name
But help me remember how I felt that pain
When I share with others in calling your name.

Come to me Lord and stay by my side
That I may share with others and not be shy
And when they tell me of their pain and woe
I can say I understand and that you also know.
