I could write a sonnet
Every morning, 
My words would
Speak a language 
Of it's own.

Forget the hearts
And flowers
Because every hour
Spent with you
Is blessed within the time
We spend alone.

I could walk with you
In each day dawning.
Perhaps we'd take
A walk along the shore?


Let us forget
Conventional,
What we have 
Is palpable.
Tell me truly,
Who could ask for more?

Let's for now, remember 
Our new mornings.
Look back, to see
Our footprints in the sand.

What we have is tangible,
Truly, is remarkable, 
As we journey on,
Both hand in hand.
