If you live in California like I do, you guys are probably sick and tired of the way Governor Gavin Newsom is wrecking our state. You're probably sick and tired of all of his stupid mandates and restriction during the Coronavirus pandemic. You may hate wearing masks and all of the restrictions he wants to put on us. On the other hand, there may be those of you who think he's doing this in order to save lives. Let me make one thing perfectly clear. Governor Newsom does not have our backs, and I can prove it.

Let's look at the restrictions he is putting on church and the worship of God. In the beginning of this pandemic, he ordered that churches in California be closed. Did you guys notice that, although he temporarily closed churches (and he wants them closed again), he left abortion clinics open the entire time? That's right--he had no problem leaving baby-killing institutions open, but he was closing places where Christians come together to worship God. After churches did open back up, Governor Newsom put restrictions on singing, telling people that singing would spread germs. Hmm...he has a problem with Christians singing praises to God, but he doesn't have nearly as much trouble with rioters and protesters screaming and looting. When you hear about a law that puts any restrictions on worshipping the Lord in the way we want to, you know that those laws are not from God. They are from Satan. After all, who does Satan hate? What does Satan hate? Satan hates all of mankind, particularly Christians who love to worship God. He hates the sounds of people singing God's praises and the sight of Christians coming together to worship Jesus. Laws that put any restrictions on worshipping God are not anything new. Remember in Daniel 6, how King Darius imposed a law that forbade people to pray to the Lord? Daniel refused to obey Darius's law, even though it meant getting thrown into the lions' den. Because of Daniel's faithfulness, Jesus protected him. Guys, let's follow Daniel's example and not submit to what people in power would do to restrict our worship of Jesus in any way!

Another example of proof that Governor Newsom doesn't really have our best interest at heart is that, while he ordered that people get arrested simply for going to the beach during this pandemic, he was perfectly OK with letting violent criminals out of jail. He just ordered 8,000 criminals to be let out of jail now! The last time he did that, which was earlier in this pandemic season, an innocent child was killed by a criminal. It is very important that everyone wake up to the kind of man Governor Newsom is and what his agenda truly is. If we don't, California will be in even bigger trouble.
