How a Schizophrenic Person Came To Believe In Once Saved Always Saved

Then Jesus told them this parable:
“Suppose one of you has a hundred sheep and loses one of them. Doesn’t he leave the ninety-nine in the open country and go after the lost sheep until he finds it?
And when he finds it, he joyfully puts it on his shoulders
and goes home. Then he calls his friends and neighbors together and says, ‘Rejoice with me; I have found my lost sheep.’
I tell you that in the same way there will be more rejoicing in heaven over one sinner who repents than over ninety-nine righteous persons who do not need to repent.”
My views on this verse that support the doctrine of once saved always saved our as follows: If someone had an extreme case of schizophrenia and they were constantly living in a state more fearful than the average person, why would God not want this troubled, vulnerable person to not believe they are once saved always saved?
Do we really believe that if Jesus were to meet such a schizophrenic person that he wouldn’t tell them he has them in the palm of his hand, always and secured?
I myself am schizophrenic, and I went forward before as a hardline radical Arminian, and I will say that it was often hard to sleep at night, and I could barely function when I had the thought that I could lose my salvation. God is a God of justice and I don’t believe it is fair or morally correct to tell a schizophrenic person that they are not forever in the palms of Jesus’ hand, and not once saved always saved. To tell a severely schizophrenic person who is barely holding onto life and suicidal such a thing could drive such a person to commit suicide. Are we so insensitive and lost in the doctrine that we would actually tell a schizophrenic person, or special-needs person such a thing? Do we not think that God took the suicidal schizophrenic person into his account with regards to faith and keeping that suicidal schizophrenic person with enough hope and fight in them to walk the narrow path to heaven?
Going back to the scripture, my main point is that a schizophrenic person being in the position of being the one sheep out of the ninety-nine who gets reconciled with his or her’s shepherd, should have total reassurance that Jesus will not let them go. Perhaps it was a lack of this assurance of total security that made them run in the first place.
I used to have schizophrenic thoughts that I was The Anti-Christ, and that there was no chance of salvation for me. If someone were to tell me that I could lose my salvation while I was in that state, the effects on my faith and mental health would’ve been detrimental and could’ve to lead to my destruction. It was the loving words of mentors/pastors who told me God would never leave me to perish in hell, now that I had by God’s grace accepted Jesus Christ as my savior that kept me alive. It is those loving words that kept me alive to see this day by God’s grace.
