Who Believes In Miracles?

“Big-Bang” Darwinian Evolutionists often accuse Creationists of believing in miracles. But is this true?

If God exists – and He does – then this would be no miracle at all. By definition, God must be omnipotent and omniscient and able to do His will with no effort at all. Just because the created creature might not understand how God created, doesn't dictate a miracle has happened. On the contrary. What seems to be a miracle to the creature is nothing but the will of the Creator and the result of His handiwork.

We know for certain that the universe is not eternal. We see space and matter expanding and the Second Law of Thermodynamics – also known as entropy – confirms that this universe and everything in it is winding down and dying into an ultimate “heat death”. (Apart from a Creator, of course, this would be the evident end result). Everyday life shows us, by experience, that everything in existence has a beginning and an end.

Let's see if the accusations “Big-Bang” Darwinian Evolutionists attribute to Creationists actually apply to their worldview and beliefs concerning only origins. Do they believe in miracles?

Miracle #1: Something from nothing. Mathematics alone prove this impossible – let alone logic and common sense. No amount of time and chance could ever produce “something” when “nothing” exists.

Miracle #2: “Something” exploded - with no explained cause. There has never been – nor ever will be – an effect without a cause. This, too, is an impossibility.

Miracle #3: “Something” was originally the size of a pinhead and, once exploded, created the universe we see today. All the material in the universe – the billions upon billions of galaxies, the billions upon billions of solar systems within those billions upon billions galaxies – came from “something” the size of a pinhead. When has mankind ever seen or heard of such a thing?

Miracle #4: Order out of chaos. In everyday life no one has ever observed an explosion that created order. On the contrary – explosions create chaos. No amount of time and chance would ever allow for chaos to, by natural means, produce order in the universe we observe today. All universal aspects obey laws that could never have come about by an explosion that created utter chaos.

Miracle #5: Basic building blocks of life – or, “primordial soup” - resulting from dead material sterilized thousands of times over by such an explosion, from something from nothing, from an effect without a cause. The law of Bio-genesis states that “life comes only from life”. How many laws must be broken in the imagination of the “Big-Bang” Darwinian Evolutionist?

As we can see, just analyzing the “Big-Bang” up to the “primordial soup” gives us five miracles that go against all evidence, logic, and common sense from everyday life and scientific examination. This brief study doesn't even get into the myriads of miracles needed for the development of animal and human biological systems such as the skeletal system, nervous system, vital organs, reproductive system, breathing, vision, neural system, and the greatest computer found in the universe – the brain. Let alone the miracles needed for the evolutionist's imaginative “macro-evolution” – the belief that all life species evolved through natural selection descending from a common ancestor.

The next time you hear a “Big-Bang” Darwinian Evolutionist accuse you of believing in miracles, just point him or her to these five assertions of origins and kindly and respectively ask, “Who believes in miracles?”
