My house has many rooms. Each one separated by walls. They are connected by closed doors.
Each room has a piece of me, the good, the bad and the ugly. Some are cold and dark as medieval dungeons.
One has broken hopes and dreams that cover the floor like shattered glass.
Another is draped with torn curtains like my shredded heart hanging on by my threads of despair.
One undone framed room needs loving attention like so many of my unfinished plans or visions.
A four-by-four bathroom became my prison. Chains of addiction enslaved my soul.
My house is a torture chamber of broken hearts, full of haunting memories of my awful past.
I barely exist in this house, void of light, no warmth, no comfort, no peace. I roam the halls like a ghostly shadow.
I can’t find any rest, only regrets, fear, doubt, unworthiness and heart-wrenching suffering. I hurt so bad.
I pray for death or at least the numbness of my pain. Release me from myself, my hell, my house of pain. God, I am so sorry for feeling this way and the things I have done. Please, forgive me.
My dear Father, remove the locks of my house, the bars of my prison. My eternal destiny hangs in the balance. I must get out and soon. Save me, Jesus.
My home has only one room. It has plenty of space without losing the cozy feeling of closeness.
The fireplace burns brightly, even the darkest shadows hide from the light of Christ.
The passion of Jesus warms not only my home but, also brings warmth to my shivering soul.
There are no doors, no locks, and no chains of bondage. There is no guilt, no shame, no heartache, and no more demons clawing at the strings of my broken heart.
Songs of praise and joy fill our home as angels and saints lift their voices in honor of our Lord, our risen King.
My damaged spirit no longer drips with pain and suffering. The blood of Jesus Christ brings healing, peace, and comfort to my lost soul.
My open wounds become scars, God’s badges of honor and glory. These are His marks of victorious battles over the forces of evil.
My home is a place of heavenly celebration. War stories, praise, worship, dancing, laughter, tears of joy, but most of all, love.
Scripture talks about Jesus preparing mansions in the heavenlies, but Holy restructuring begins in our hearts.
I pray your house becomes a home. Let the love of Jesus Christ fill your heart. May His light shine brightly from the windows of your soul.
I love you Father, Jesus, and Holy. Thank you for loving me. Jesus, thank you for stepping down from your throne and coming into my house and turning it into a home.
God bless every soul who reads or hears this special message from Holy. Please realize our greatest gift is not the home, but the one who makes it His home, Jesus Christ.
