Our circumstances, our surroundings and our past do not dictate to whom we belong. These things have no bearing in the firm forgiveness rooted in God's grace.
Our lives can appear shattered, we can feel broken inside or we can have a sense of the blahs; God can and will breathe His fragrant well of abundance holding us in the midst of any emotions we feel with His unlmited, unreserved, and endless supply of redemptive grace.
Jesus did not die on the cross for those living tidy stress free lives who live in pretty houses on lined streets who pretend to have no issues.
No, He died for every man, woman and child who recognizes thier spiritual poverty, who come to Him simply asking to receive all He desires to give; the purity of a love who has pursued us from before we were born while in our mother's womb. This same love whose divine origin is God, pursues and beckons us to come to Him.
Jesus tenderly calls us to come to Him in the midst of whatever we are experiencing, ceasing our activity, stopping our busyness and join in participating in His divine love, who ushers us into the sacred dwelling place of contented rest.
"Your eyes saw my unformed body; all the days ordained for me were written in your book before one of them came to be." Psalm 139:16
You can be assured, no matter what you are enduring, no matter what you are feeling, and no matter what you are struggling through, God is with you in it. God is faithful and holy, fulfilling all that He promises according to His living Word.
The same living Word who was deposited into us as the supplied life of Christ in whose life we have a new way -- abiding in this same love.
God's grace becomes manifested and displayed as we learn to clothe our inner attitudes in becoming His love. We of necessity willingly open ourselves up into receiving Him along with His astounding and wonderful love. Christ in us is the Hope of glory.
The good news is God is bigger than any limitations we put on Him. So, we must learn the necessity of taking Him, our expectations of Him, out of this self-made prison moment by moment, again and again and again...
In returning His call, we gracioiusly respond by setting aside time in our schedules to rest awhile coming to the throne room where we gather round the hem of His garments, touching upon the holy of holies.
It is here in this sacred holy space, we are forever wrapped in secured assurance, God has promised to be with us in all seasons tenderly leading, guiding and directing our paths by His love.
