"If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land. We hear a lot of rumbling these days, with respect to certain factions within America challenging certain of aspects of America's freedoms. These freedoms have long since been given to us at the expense of many lives. And in so doing, many in America have even argued a philosophy for or against human nature as in the results of capitalism verses socialism.
In order to remain free, it is imperative that all Americans appreciate our Founding Fathers' understanding of the human nature aspects of the rule of law, the separation of powers, justice and liberty for all.
In other words, by our very human nature, we should all have an understanding of the thinking, feeling, and acting which we humans are said to have had come naturally. Realizing of course that our human nature is traditionally contrasted with characteristics that vary among us humans, such as those associated with specific cultures.
For the sake of our fathomless blessings of civil and religious liberty, we as a people individually and collectively must hold true to our founding documents. These are the Declaration of Independence, the U.S. Constitution and other such documents divinely blessed.
And above all, we must never forget the principles of our Creator God's holy dictates, as given us in His Word. (II Timothy 3:16) Yes, America is still a Christian nation. We must pray, and pray hard, that it will always be.
So, I trust that you have enjoyed this opening commentary in rhyme. It is strictly my approach to our country's posture. Blessings to all.
