But now in Christ Jesus you who sometimes were far off are made near by the blood of Christ – Ephesians 2:13In Him we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of His grace” - Ephesians 1:7Therefore, brethren, having boldness to enter the Holiest by the blood of Jesus - Hebrews 10:19As for you also, by the blood of your covenant I have sent forth your prisoners out of the pit wherein is no water – Zech 9:11For it pleased the Father that in Him all the fullness should dwell, and by Him to reconcile all things to Himself, by Him, whether things on earth or things in heaven, having made peace through the blood of His cross – Colossians 1:19-20He that spared not his own Son, but delivered him up for us all, how shall he not with him also freely give us all things? Romans 8:32For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish, but have everlasting life – John 3:16Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us: for it is written, Cursed is every one that hangs on a tree – Galatians 3:13For you know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, that, though he was rich, yet for your sakes he became poor, that you through his poverty might be rich – 2 Corinthians.8:9For he has made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him – 2 Corinthians 5:21(Other references: 1 John 3:8, Revelations 1:18, Isaiah 53:5)
Word of the LORD:
Thank God for Easter. GOD the Father sent his GOD the Son to die for us. Thank GOD for the sacrifice made on the cross of Calvary and the total package of redemption that came from it. The Father spared not his Son because of you and I. Our Lord Jesus Christ shed his blood and died for us. He gave himself as an atonement for sin for us (Ephesians 1:7). He became sin that we may become the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus (2 Corinthians 5:21). He became a curse on the tree so that we may be blessed (Galatians 3:13). He became weak so that we may be strong and powerful. He was beaten and was in pain, so that we may be healed and be healthy (Isaiah 53:5). He was full of sorrow, so that we may be full of joy and the Holy Spirit. He became poor, so that we may become rich (2 Corinthians 8:9). And He died so that we may have eternal life (John 3:16). GOD the Son became Son of man for only one reason. To die for mankind and restore man back to God (Colossians 1:19-20; Ephesians 2:13). He died, so that through his death, uncountable sons and daughters of man can become children of God. His death opened the door for man to access God and access all the divine provision God has for mankind (Hebrews 10:19; Romans 8:32). The blood He shed through his death has liberated those who were bound and still does liberate those who are bound (Zechariah 9:11). He died to destroy the works of the devil and collect the keys of hell and death from him and He succeeded (1 John 3:8, Revelations 1:18). Glory! Halleluyah!!
Through Jesus, we can fellowship with the Father and the Holy Spirit and enjoy divine communion with them. If Jesus didn’t die, we the saints of God wouldn’t be as powerful as we are today because we would still be limited by sin. Jesus died and broke the barrier created by sin once and for all, to the glory of GOD.
I pray for you, may you enjoy the fullness of the blessings of Easter in this season and always. Because of the sacrifice of Jesus on the cross, you are free, you are victorious and ever progressing. And so would be it for you forever in Jesus name (Amen!). Have a lovely Easter celebration.Prayer:Father GOD, thank you for the sacrifice made on the cross of Calvary and the total package of redemption that came from it. You spared not your son because of me. Jesus shed his blood and died for me. He gave himself as an atonement for sin. He became sin that I may have your righteousness. He became a curse on the tree, so that I may be blessed. He was weak so that I may be strong and powerful. He was beaten and was in pain, so that I may be healed and be healthy. He was full of sorrow, so that I may be full of joy and the Holy Spirit. He became poor so that I may be rich. And He died so that I may have eternal life. I am thankful for the blessings of Easter. And I ask that these blessings of Easter would abide with me both now and forever. I pray with thanksgiving in Jesus name.
