A powerful witness through the Holy Spirit
God created us in His own image and character and thus all that’s in us if it is in His perfect will it will be the reason of our joy, however all that’s contrary to His will, will be imperfect in our life and thus will be the reason of our sorrow and regrets.
Jesus promised the blessed Holy Spirit to His disciples which will enable them to live a powerful and victorious life.
“But when the Helper comes, whom I shall send to you from the Father, the Spirit of truth who proceeds from the Father, He will testify of Me.”
John 15:26 NKJV
Do we have the Holy Spirit? Are we filled with this blessed Spirit? For we desperately need the Holy Spirit to be an overcomer and live a victorious life.
We cannot combat the power of the devil with our own strength and thus we need the Holy Spirit, the Lord God Himself to be in us and make us blessed.
The blessed saints of the Lord mentioned in the Bible like King David, Samson, Samuel, Paul, Peter and many others were filled with the Holy Spirit and thus the Lord did awesome and mighty works for the Lord.
“But you shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be witnesses to Me in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth.”
Acts 1:8 NKJV
We want to witness Christ, yet not casually and powerlessly, however with power, for we need to be a powerful witness of the Lord Jesus Christ and this is possible only when receive and are filled with the Holy Spirit.
God created us to be complete in Him and thus we will always be in want without Him.
Let pray and earnestly seek the anointing of the Holy Spirit.
One of the best things the Holy Spirit does to us…..
“It shall come to pass in that day That his burden will be taken away from your shoulder, And his yoke from your neck, And the yoke will be destroyed because of the anointing oil.”
Isaiah 10:27 NKJV
The anointing will break the yoke of sin and addiction, of guilt and bad habits and give us the power to overcome and be a blessed witness for Christ.
