It was me, Father, I was the one
who let him in.
I remember when my innocence was stolen.
It happened when I was very young.
And I know, Father, its happening to children now-a-days much younger than I was.
I was around 14.
Whwn I first gave into the desires of my flesh,
I remember the guilt that came over me
so strongly.
I didn't know You then, like I know You now.
I know You know this, Father.
We are a society that is so flexible regarding sex.
And the children are starti.g way too young.
There is such a rush to grow up.
If it is Your will, Father,
By the power of the Spirit of Christ,
turn the hearts of our children
back to their parents and guardians.
May they be given the understanding
of the importance of rules bound by love.
Love has to be tough at times,
I see that now.
I understand.it now.
We all need to pray for our children
and the children of others.
He has taken their hearts from us, Father.
I'm saying this because it happened to me.
When I lost my innocence by not listening
to that guilty feeling in my consciousness,
I gave him the foothold to be taken from
who really loved me in this life.
My parents.
My heart was no longer theirs.
It was set on the things of this world.
In Your love, I've come to.this understanding.
I've been so judgmental.
But I'm not going to beat myself up.
I'm learning how to express my beliefs correctly as I go.
Gay people can be saved,
and have hope for being saved.
You do love all of us, regardless of who we've loved or love.
As I've grown in You, Your love has brought me to a major turning point in my life.
Knowing the guilt I felt so stronly,
as if it were felt only yesterday,
Your love has brought me to this.
The acceptance of my faults,
and its given me the courage to move past them.
If it is Your will, Father,
by the power of the Spirit of Christ,
may I be given the right words to say
that will heal all that I've broken.
I've broken a lot.
Thank You for Your love, Father.
It is such an amazing love:)
And may the rest I allowed myself to be taken from be found.
These things I ask in Jesus' name,
Amen!
