As time stands still
In the presence of the King

Rest in the beauty

Let the still small voice
Speak once again

Rest in the beauty
Rest in the wonder
Let your soul drink
Let it be filled

Rest in the beauty
Rest in the wonder
Receive His strength
Accept His grace

Rest in the beauty
Rest in the wonder
As His glory comes in
Bow at His feet

As I wrote this poem I was pondering the rest of God. Life sometimes gets filled with busy activities and we don’t stop to just look in wonder at the work of God all around us. He makes all things beautiful in His time and yet sometimes I miss the beauty because I am too busy.
