HAVE YOU EVER..... Have you ever thought "Why am I here"? "What is my purpose in the Kingdom of God"? "What have I done, if anything to advance the Kingdom of God"? I have asked myself these questions many times and the Lord always responds with an example.

For instance,  The body of man was formed from the dust of the earth and God breathed into him the spirit of life, so the human body is perfect in it's ability to function as it is designed to do. The heart does not know how to digest food nor the stomach know how to pump blood through the system (Lev:17:11 "the life is in the blood"). The kidneys, intestines, lungs and all the other organs are assigned particular responsibilities. Should one of these vital organs fail...the body is in difficulty. The body of Christ works in principle the same way. Each of us has our assigned job to do and as we do it the body works in harmony. We are uniquely designed. We may never know on earth the effect we have had on someone else. We just need to listen and obey the voice of the Holy Spirit and let HIM work through us.

Another example that came to me recently,( the ladies who bake know what I am talking about). Nutmeg never has tried to be Cinnamon. Baking soda has never tried to be Baking powder, nor flour to be sugar. However, with each ingredient being simply what they are, joining them together with other larger or smaller ingredients, mixed together and baked at a specific temperature for a definite period of time, you come out with a delicious cake. Perhaps we should all just learn to be ourselves and things would go much more smoothly. Jesus said "YOU WILL BE MY DICIPLES". He did not say TRY TO BE. Just thinking.
