There is a saying that everything has a price tag. But there is one thing that is absolutely free; you don't have to work for it, because it is absolutely free. For example if somebody came to you and gave you a new car along with the pink slip and the keys and handed them to you that would make the car yours. You didn’t have to work for it or do anything for it. It was given to you free.

The one thing that is for free is salvation, how is salvation free? For the price for salvation has been paid by the blood of Jesus. Why do some, think that they have to earned salvation? They can't believe that you get salvation just by believing that Christ died for us and was raised again.

Why is it so hard to comprehend salvation? We all need salvation some may say salvation from what? For One thing from ourselves but you would say why ourselves? simply because we are heading in the wrong direction away from God and we need to turn around and head in the right direction towards God. That is where repentance is needed we need to change our lifestyle to conform to God's lifestyle.

." Heb 11:6 "And without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him."

We gain salvation as we submit to the working of God and the renewing of the Holy Spirit which takes place as we are baptized into Jesus.

When you were dead in your sins and in the uncircumcision of your sinful nature, God made you alive with Jesus. He forgave all your sins.

The road that we traveled as Christians may be hard and difficult at times, but with the help of the Holy Spirit we can overcome all things. All we need to do is surrender all and submit to Jesus.

When something is freely given to us we always question why.
