What an impressive list to be mentioned with, and still entries I love not listed here. I'm humbled. The writing talent here is awesome. Congrats to everyone who entered. And thanks to the judges. I hate that I didn't get an entry in for 24 hours. I love it when there are lots of entries. Hope to return soon.

I just need to comment here about our winners this week (and everyone who made it onto the Highest Rankings ... and even quite a few who didn't).

This was an absolutely mind blowing week of outstanding entries. The competition was intense. There were so many great, creative stories that the judges almost wanted to stand up and applaud.

So well done, Challengeers. For some reason, that topic just hit the right creative buttons with so many of you. Even the two Bible story re-tellings that made it into the top 10 were creative and fresh. Instead of just telling the same story, which really doesn't work, they brought those stories to life in a new and creative way.

Anyway, this week definitely couldn't pass by without commenting on the outstanding standard seen in so many entries.

Love, Deb

I saw this, this morning but then was gone a lot today.

It was such a thrill to see my name up there in second! I've never placed that high before (I think 6th was the highest before this).

Thanks for all of the great comments.

Congrats to all--especially Eliza!
