Obviously, I still have much to learn, but when do you say, "Okay, I am ready to try to publish something?" When do you take that risk and offer your writing to on-line magazines, or hard copy periodicals?
Although there is no perfect answer to this question, if this is something you've asked yourself, I encourage you to take a moment to read what Glenn has to say. If nothing else, his encouragement and unique way of "cheering you on" will be worth the read.
