Can't access my membership account

Can't access my membership account

I can't access my account, so, yet again, I can't enter the challenge. Can anyone fix this for me before I go to bed??

Hi...
I have the same problem. I paid for the platinum membership, it cam back paid and my PP account shows paid, yet I cant do anything......please help...

I am having the same problem. I have paid by Paypal but can not sign on to my account. I even tried to use the contact form on to send email but not response. Is site dead? or what?

How long ago did you use the "Contact Us" option? Mike usually responds within 24 hours to those requests. If it was longer ago than that, let me know (I'll check back here soon) and I'll try contacting him, too. The site isn't dead--far from it! Hope we can get everything sorted out for you soon.

That is really weird. Has it been 24 hours since upgrading your account? Just checking, as that is often the problem. It's done manually.

I'll just check your accounts to see if they are listed as being upgraded yet, but if they aren't, that will have to be done by Mike or Bea. I'm hoping by now you've had a response.

kaydeegrace, you are definitely not showing as having an upgraded account, so I'll point Mike in your direction. Given that you paid a couple of days ago, that should be activated by now. Mike or Bea will sort that out for you. I will email them about it straight away.

jssatter, you should be a Gold member, but from what you wrote, it sounds as though you are having problems accessing your account and the contact form, so I'll ask Mike and Bea to contact you about that as well.

Hi folks,

Just so everyone is aware, I personally answer or forward to the correct person, all emails sent to writer-support usually within much less than 24 hours. I check mail several every day, 365 days a year, unless the internet is down.

We have had numerous issues with user email spam/junk filters not letting our replies to your emails through.

So if you have emailed through the contact us link,I would have replied ASAP, so please check your spam/junk mail settings and make [email protected] a contact/friend.

I apologize for any frustration this has caused.
