to all your wonderful judges. I am overwhelmed. I always said if I ever made to 5th place in Masters I would consider myself a good writer. 2nd place is soooo much more sweeter!

My story was only partly fiction. I have drawn on past feelings and God has shown the best writing comes from revealing truthful circumstances even when they were some of the most painful experiences of your life. It just took me many years to allow Christ to heal me, that part of the story was fiction, the rest was pretty much all true.

I pray this will reach someone who needs to know that freedom from rage is but a sincere, heartfelt prayer away.
